Jay was born in Seoul, South Korea, and lived in RI, TX, CA, and NY before settling in Massachusetts. He is married with four stepchildren and is currently employed as an attorney with the Lowell firm of Gallagher & Cavanaugh, LLP. He obtained his Bachelor of Science at New York University and his Juris Doctor at Northeastern University School of Law. Jay began his legal career as a prosecutor in Middlesex County, and continued his public sector work with the City of Boston Law Department before moving on to the private sector. He currently has a varied practice but is focused on civil defense litigation. In addition to sitting on Angkor’s Board of Directors, Jay is also a current member of the Human Rights Committee of LifeLinks, Inc. Jay was previously involved with the Chelmsford Cultural Council and the Merrimack Valley Food Bank.
